Property Management Service
Lanyons offer a Full Property Management Service. We choose the properties that we manage very carefully. All properties must have been improved and maintained to a good standard as we believe that good houses attract good tenants. We will not simply allow any person to rent your property, they will be heavily vetted before we will consider any tenancy application.
The tenancy sector is heavily regulated. Lanyons will ensure that all safety certificates are carried out to compliance and we will also register your tenants bond with the Tenancy Dispute Service. Our obligations are to the Landlord and we always strive to protect them.
Over the years our Property Management Service has been continuously developed. We ensure that we remain fully informed of any new or amended legislation by working closely with our accredited schemes and the local authority. Our knowledge is our strength and our Landlords know that they will always be well taken care of by our company.
Our Property Management Service is run by our Miss Sheree Lews. Sheree has worked for our company for approaching 10 years and has developed an excellent understanding of the rental sector.
